Dr. med. Sergej Popovich is a radiologist and mammologist based in Hamburg, Germany. With over 10 years of clinical experience, he specialises in early diagnosis of breast cancer.

He currently serves as the chief physician of the mammology department at the Evidia Diagnostic Center, where his clinical work focuses on screening mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI, and all types of biopsies.

Dr. Popovich participates in the weekly review of preoperative clinical cases at the Tumorboard — an interdisciplinary conference involving oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and radiation therapists.

He drives product and technical strategy end-to-end: from clinical workflow design and platform architecture to AI integration, partnerships with clinics and technical collaborators, and hands-on governance and operations.
